If you need to transport PVC pipe, ensure that it is firmly fixed to avoid damage or safety hazards:
1. Anti-rolling measures
- Put the PVC pipe neatly and lay it as flat as possible to avoid excessive stacking.
- Use non-slip pads (such as rubber pads) or dividers to secure the tube to prevent sliding.
2. Bind the device
- Use nylon rope, elastic strap or steel wire rope to bundle the pipe in sections and fix it on the guardrail of the carriage.
- Long parts (more than 1 meter beyond the rear of the car) should be hung with red warning signs (such as reflective strips).
3. Vehicle adaptation
- Select vehicles whose carriage length is greater than or equal to the pipe length. If the carriage length is too long, it needs to be declared in compliance.
- When the diameter of the pipe is large, it is recommended to use a truck with a bracket or install a bracket.
